We want you to love your Civetta order. If it isn’t quite right, contact us through the WhatsApp icon or our official Instagram account within 3 calendar days after delivery.
- Send your order number and clear photos showing the item, its condition and attached tags.
- Items may be tried on for fit but must remain unwashed, unaltered and unworn beyond fitting.
- You can try the item while the courier waits. If it isn’t suitable, hand it back and pay only the original delivery fee—the 200 EGP return fee will not apply.
- For eligible returns requested after accepting delivery, a 200 EGP return pickup fee applies, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
- If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Civetta covers the delivery costs and the 200 EGP fee will not apply.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and applicable delivery charges.
- Bundles and promotional sets should be returned complete.
