We want you to love your Civetta order. If it isn’t quite right, contact us through the WhatsApp icon or our official Instagram account within 3 calendar days after delivery.

Send your order number and clear photos showing the item, its condition and attached tags.
Items may be tried on for fit but must remain unwashed, unaltered and unworn beyond fitting.
You can try the item while the courier waits. If it isn’t suitable, hand it back and pay only the original delivery fee—the 200 EGP return fee will not apply.
For eligible returns requested after accepting delivery, a 200 EGP return pickup fee applies, and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Civetta covers the delivery costs and the 200 EGP fee will not apply.
Exchanges are subject to availability and applicable delivery charges.
Bundles and promotional sets should be returned complete.
